The rules and agreements that govern your relationship with Countyline Auto Body Repair
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Service Agreements
When you schedule service with Countyline Auto Body Repair, you agree to our service terms. A written estimate will be provided before any work begins. Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in advance.
3. Estimates and Pricing
All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. Final pricing may differ from estimates if additional issues are discovered during inspection or if you request additional work. We will always contact you before proceeding with any work outside the original scope.
4. Parts and Materials
We use OEM-quality parts whenever possible. Some parts may require special ordering and may take longer to arrive. We are not responsible for delays caused by parts suppliers or shipping issues beyond our control.
5. Warranty
Our work is backed by a 12-month warranty on parts and labor for mechanical repairs, and 24 months on paint work. This warranty covers defects in our workmanship only and does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by accidents, misuse, or lack of maintenance.
6. Vehicle Storage and Liability
Vehicles left at our facility are insured while being serviced. Vehicles left beyond 30 days after completion of work may be subject to storage fees of $25/day. After 60 days, we reserve the right to place a mechanics lien on the vehicle.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Countyline Auto Body Repair and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Countyline Auto Body Repair shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Delaware County, Indiana.
